Toronto’s infamous TTC streetcar zipping down Queen St.

One thing we pride ourselves here at Studio Chantaé is our home is Toronto. We welcome and have our international readers as well as in the near future, guest contributors, however as the editor of this magazine, I stress the importance of remaining true to our roots is crucial of connecting with you all.

I personally was born in Toronto, lived around the Eglinton and Oakwood neighbourhood before my mom relocated us to the beautiful, familyfamily-orinetedoriented suburbia of Mississauga at the age of 3. I called the two cities my home as I’ve shared tremendous amount of time in each location. There’s something so liberating and iconic about the two cities.

We have so much talent here in Toronto and Mississauga that I want to indulge not only myself but the world. To be in such diverse and talented cities makes me so excited to unveil what we have. From musical artist, to strong spoken word artist, dancers, designers, fashion connoisseurs, artist, cinematographers, content creators, I just want to get a hold of you all.

One of my biggest goals for 2017 is to work with artist Bryan Espiritu of Legends League.

I tell myself it’s a big goal I’m trying to attain but I am optimistic and faithful that whatever it may be, it will be successful and fantastic.

With so much new ideas being curated within myself and the team, one of my biggest projects will be released at the end of the year and it’s something that I have been wanting to do for quiet sometime.

I’m scouting the streets of Toronto and Sauga as well as social media and word of mouth. I genuinely appreciate and love artist of any and every form and I always want to highlight their strengths and talents as I have had the honour to get an insight into their thoughts, work ethics and final pieces.

If you know of any, please send me an email at

With love as always,
